Current Magali Pascal AW17 collection

Magali Pascal the label, founded by the French-born designer of the same name 14 years ago, is ideal for anyone wanting to channel her inner urban boho Parisian, given the now Antipodean-owned label keeps to minimalist earthy palettes and dreamy, vintage-style feminine pieces in silks, lace and organic fabrics.

To the luck of Sydney-siders and their visitors is the annoucement that Pascal – who studied at the prestigious Parisian art school, École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, and debuted her first collection at the famous Galeries Lafayette – has just opened her first boutique in Sydney’s high-end street-side shopping precint, The Intersection, on Glemore Road in Paddington.

It’s the second standalone store location for the brand, its first ventre being in Bali, but is also retailed online and in select boutiques across Europe and America. Think Zimmermann crossed with Scanlan (who both happen to be Intersection neighbours) and you’ll get the aesthetic gist. Très jolie.
