While on-screen, Lily Collins has become known for her avant-garde and kitschy style (à la Emily In Paris) her off-screen appearances are nothing short of pure French girl style. Take for example her promotional tour for the Netflix series where she debuted a shaggy front-fringe and wore top-to-toe Celine. As the actress looks to her next cinematic project, it seems she has retained her trés chic status after she was spotted in New York City this week.

In paparazzi photos and on social media, Collins was captured wearing a beige belted top and skirt from Awake Mode, Andrea Wazen strappy pumps, a black crossbody bag and Cartier jewellery.  She was styled by Rob Zangardi, hair by DJ Quintero while her perfect red lip was courtesy of Vincent Oquendo.

The Mirror Mirror star was spotted alongside her husband Charlie McDowell at the CBS Studios in Manhattan. The couple are currently promoting their joint-project, Netflix thriller Windfall. The creative couple spoke on what it was like to work in such close proximity.

“Weirdly, there were moments when I forgot that we were together, because the way in which he directs, he such a communicative and collaborative director that is all about how the actor feels and grounding it in truth and someone that you feel very safe with in an environment where you’re the most vulnerable,” Collins explained in an interview with CBS Mornings. “That’s what you want in a life partner and it is what you want as an actor in your director.”

“He treats everyone the same, and there were very few of us in the cast so we all had a very intimate, collaborative experience that sometimes I would forget that it was my Charlie as opposed to Charlie-my-director,” she continued. “It was so fun.”

Collins and McDowell married in September 2021. The couple sparked romance rumours back in July 2019 after they were captured partaking in PDA – which immediately went viral.
