It’s been nearly three years since Gabriella Brooks was spotted meeting Liam Hemsworth‘s parents in Byron Bay and we’re happy to announce that the cute couple are still going strong. Overnight the pair made their red carpet debut at the Sydney premiere of Hemsworth’s new Stan Original film Poker Face, and we’re obsessed.

The Australian model wore a shimmery gold dress and patent Prada pumps while Hemsworth kept it simple with a Prada black suit. It’s not the first black tie soirée the couple have attended together. The couple went Instagram official in June 2021 when Hemsworth shared family photos from a charity dinner in Sydney.

Hemsworth and Brooks first sparked romance rumours just months after the actor split with Miley Cyrus, thus returning to his beachside hometown to lick his wounds. He had briefly dated Dynasty actress Maddison Brown following Cyrus – they were spotted during a PDA-fuelled night out in New York City in 2019 – before the relationship fizzled out just months later.

As for Brooks she was previously linked to 1975 lead singer Matthew Healey for nearly four years before they split, citing struggles with their busy schedules. “He [Matt] parties a lot at home when he’s there and Gabby had just had enough. She doesn’t want to lead her life like that,” a source said at the time.

It comes as nor surprise that the Hunger Games actor has kept this relationship largely private. According to Us Weekly, “[Hemsworth] feels more at home with Gabriella than he did with Miley and feels like he can be his complete self without any drama,” a source said in the past. “Gabriella helped Liam boost his confidence and played an encouraging role in his life after his split with Miley. They are very happy together and it’s comfortable and easy.”

We love, love!
