Karlie Kloss, the DIY tailor, cookie connoisseur and loyal Swift-squad compadre, can now add ‘Face of Swarovski’ to her ever-expanding repertoire. Swarovski made the decision to make its world a little more Klossy, dethroning previous spokesmodel and Victoria’s Secret Angel alum Miranda Kerr from her campaign duties via a short video announcement on KK’s Instagram.

In the clip, Kloss demonstrates her endless relatability and that, despite being a multi-millionaire supermodel and savvy business woman, she’s just like you in one way that really matters: she too struggles to pronounce the word Swarovski.

In the short video (below), 23-year-old Kloss announces that your eyes do not deceive you – she is, indeed “Karlie Frickin’ Kloss” and sets out to learn the correct pronunciation (FYI, it’s “swô-roff-ski”). Swarovski’s chief executive officer for consumer goods Robert Buchbauer told WWD that with Kloss’ help, the brand “would like to see double-digit growth in the North American market in the next two years.” Here’s hoping she gets that enunciation on-point quick smart.
