Another arctic New York day, another chic Coach jacket. Jennifer Lopez has had the most remarkable decade – surely she’s the woman who has hustled the hardest – and it was all summed up by JLo herself during her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live at the weekend. Take a listen:
Post show the 50-year-old performer – who doesn’t drink alcohol – was snapped arriving at the SNL after party in New York in Coach’s Oversized Shearling Aviator Jacket. Like Lopez herself, the jacket is described as one that “will only get better with age” thanks to a special finish that gradually wears to reveal layers of gradient leather. Like Coach’s Signature Shearling Coat that Lopez wore to jet into JFK in last week, the Aviator Jacket is oversized and is finished with a tiered shearling collar and metallic leather accents.
The Hustlers actress was named the global face of Coach on November 19, joining actors Yara Shahidi and Michael B. Jordan. “I’m so excited for this collaboration with Coach,” Lopez said in a statement. “It is a timeless brand that I’ve always been a fan of, and the upcoming collection really speaks to my personal style – an uptown-downtown mix.”
On Monday, Lopez was nominated for her first Golden Globe in 20 years. On January 5, Lopez will be up against Australia’s Margot Robbie for the Best Supporting Actress In A Motion Picture gong for her role as the take-no-prisoners stripper named Ramona in Hustlers. The 2020 Golden Globes will stream worldwide from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

Today, she was named one of The New York Times Magazine’s 10 Best Actors Of The Year. Yes, every day, Lopez continues to win another accolade. As the saying goes, if you can’t beat them, join them – and on that note, we can at least steal her style.
