Hailey Bieber might be blessed with a complexion that boasts an almost-arrogant level of luminosity, but it’s comforting to know that she does actually have to work for it. The model is so into her skincare that she is even said to be dropping her very own product line called Rhode any minute now.
But before she began developing her own brand, Bieber was privy to a whole lot of market research. Having access to a dossier of the world’s most knowledgable aestheticians and dermatologists meant that she was able to enjoy invaluable advice and product recommendations, which in turn informed her extensive skincare routine.
Recently Bieber revealed that a key focus of her routine is delivering hydration to the skin, which explains why she’s such a big fan of Drunk Elephant’s cult F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial™ ($74).
Posting a photo of the product to her Instagram Story, Bieber wrote, “Looooove this mask”, and she’s in good company. After only landing on the market a few years ago, the lightweight moisturising mask quickly gained cult status, catapulting it to the top of everyone’s Drunk Elephant wishlist.
The F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial™ formula works overnight, using a moisturising mix of antioxidants and omega fatty acids to repair and replenish the complexion while you sleep. It also contains squalane to regulate oil production and niacinamide to address pigmentation and pores, making it a great all-rounder for most skin types.
Bieber also loves the Dr. Barbara Sturm Deep Hydrating Face Mask ($163) which is a touch more expensive, but contains a potent cocktail of calming ingredients to soothe sensitivity and quench a thirsty complexion.
As the model herself put it recently, this is of primary importance to her skin’s wellbeing. “Monday plans = hydrate + hydrate + hydrate,” she wrote on Instagram.
While we’re hanging out for Bieber’s own Rhode line, we’ll happily indulge in her recommendations until then.
