Sydney’s social set toasted it’s newest high-fashion power couple last Wednesday night at a high-altitude party graced with 200 of the city’s biggest style influencers.

To celebrate the launch of international men’s style magazine ICON in Australia and GRAZIA’s fourth bi-annual print edition, called The Exploration Issue, GRACE Publishing (the company behind both titles) co-hosted a cocktail soiree with top property developer The Crown Group.

The venue was the new jewel in Crown’s luxury accommodation cache: a cloud-high penthouse at 33 Kent Street in Sydney that was finished just days before the party and is available to purchase if you have a spare $8.8million.

In the heart of the city’s CBD, it’s part of a building with both hotel and residential elements (the 5-star Skye Suites Hotel and Arc Apartments), that share a glitzy indoor pool, concierge and the most fabulous party balcony (with built-in stainless steel bar) guests had ever visited in Sydney.

The location might have been the biggest talking point of the party, from the New York-vibe foyer downstairs to the Los Angeles-style glass apartment and terrace above, but the dozens of fashion A-listers who congregated there to party brought the glamour.

Special thanks to DJ Juay who brought the party tunes and Bird in Hand for the chilled beverages.
