All The Best Dressed Guests At The 2024 Golden Globes
The awards may be dictated by the Hollywood Foreign Associate Press, but the red carpet makes critics of us all

Tonight, at The Beverly Hilton Hotel, stars are kicking off 2024 with the 81st annual Golden Globes.
With major blockbusters like Barbie and Oppenheimer, and addictive shows like Succession and The Beardominating the cultural zeitgeist, as well as critically acclaimed hits like Past Lives and Poor Things, 2023 managed to be a golden year for Hollywood—despite the unprecedented SAG/AFTRA strikes halting the industry for months. And as we ring in the awards season, the 2024 Golden Globes nominations have never been more nail-bitingly close.
To celebrate the mammoth year in film and television over the (somewhat rocky) year, the awards ceremony calls upon Hollywood’s very best talent to the red carpet—this year adorned in pink and white roses. And wherever they go, you can bet the fashion and beauty follow.
While the awards are dictated by the Hollywood Foreign Associate Press, we all know that the red carpet makes critics of us all. And though some may thrive in their respective categories, others have carved their own space in the awards’ eight-decade history for their unforgettable appearances. Take Cher in an embroidered matching set and fur coat in 1973 or Beyoncé wearing shimmering gold in Elie Saab back in 2007. Yes, the Golden Globes have hosted many viral fashion moments, and this year is no different.
