A new and ever-comfortable era of GANNI is here. Today the cult Scandi brand announced the launch of GANNI Klub, an exclusive athleisure wear line designed to be lived in. Combining exercise with fashion has never felt more important as we find a new sense of motivation. In an amalgamation of ’70s style cues and technology-driven fabrics, the newly-released styles are designed to blend easily into everyday life and complement our active and on-the-go lifestyles.

The first collection boasts 19 pieces and includes lightweight jackets and track pants, leggings mesh wrap tops, polo shirts, shorts, fleeces, dresses, skirts, and bodysuits (the brand’s signature peter pan collar also featured). The styles are made with comfort in mind from stretch jersey, crisp lightweight tech, and breathable mesh fabrics that feature sporty contrast piping.

The campaign was shot in London by photographer and director Sophie Jones starring the all-female, London-based roller skate community, Skate With Sis – founded and run by duo Lenisha Benjamin and Caitlyn Espenilla.

“Staying active has been more of a challenge recently, so we wanted to design versatile pieces to live your everyday life in, that you can look and feel good in and still express yourself,” Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director of GANNI said. “Team sports, in particular football, have been a massive part of my life since I was a kid. I love the electric energy that comes from being part of a team the friendship and community spirit. Everyone is equal and supports each other. GANNI Klub embodies that feeling of joy around everything that gets us moving. For an endorphin hit that lasts way beyond the workout”

As the Tokyo 2020 Olympics continues, there has never been a better time to get inspired (no really, you’ll want to meet this female weightlifter). Some very cool activewear doesn’t go astray either.

The collection is now available from GANNI.com.
