If it seems like the streets of New York are a little less crowded after the Met Gala, it’s because almost every member of the celebrity style set has flown south to jump-start their summer at the 2023 Miami Grand Prix.
The balmy months between June and August are usually characterised by sun-kissed complexions, skin-clad mini dresses and, most important of them all, a summer romance.
For recently-single Emily Ratajkowski, the model and author is prioritising the latter (much like Shakira and Tom Cruise), using the lush breeze of the Florida Keys and race-side adrenaline as the perfect backdrop to pick out a new husband.
Taking to her 2.5 million followers on TikTok, the My Body author posted a video of herself dancing down a hallway lined with the faces of the racers, lip synching to the viral Beyonce x My Husband x Casa Di Remix.

The clip, which boasts over 9.9 million views (and we can only imagine that Lewis Hamilton may be one of those), sees the 31-year-old dance to the lyrics “I am on to see my husband” as she points out the genetically-blessed race car drivers competing in the Formula 1.
Really bringing her point home, Ratajkowski also captioned her video “Picking out a husband at #F1”. Did the model just reveal herself as a Drive To Survive fan, or is she really more like us than we realise?
We know that these posts are most likely sponsored content, but it’s this level of light-hearted buffoonery that we deserve.
Later in the day, Ratajkowski was photographed with the Aston Martin race team, so we guess she met her husband(s) in the end.
The mother-of-one didn’t include this photo in her Instagram dump from her beach-side holiday, but she did flaunt her selection of high-octane ensembles that we’re adding to our European summer mood board.
And keeping our eyes on Ratajkowski’s TikTok to see if there are any more updates on the husband front, of course.
