Christmas has officially come early, thanks to luxury French Maison Cartier opening their first ephemeral boutique in Westfield Sydney. The pop-up, which was designed to resemble the house’s iconic red box, will be home to some of Cartier‘s most coveted accessories and arrives just in time for the holiday season.
Guests can expect to find fragrance, leather goods, watches and jewellery, objects and eyewear, including some of Cartier’s most sought-after collections – Love, Juste un Clou, Panthère de Cartier, Tank and Ballon Bleu.
“We are delighted to welcome guests to discover our first Australian ephemeral boutique, The Cartier Box. The ephemeral boutique is a renewed retail concept, whereby guests are able to discover the many creations of the Maison through ‘experience displays’ and tactile moments,” said Alban du Mesnil, Cartier Oceania’s Managing Director, in a statement.
“In addition to our most iconic creations, The Cartier Box will debut our New Objects and Accessories collection. At Cartier, the history of objects is connected to the history of jewellery; they are all part of an art de vivre that has brought style, savoir-faire and aesthetic to places of elegance. We are thrilled to launch this new collection for our clients and celebrate ‘the art of gifting’ with The Cartier Box this festive season.”

Cartier are also offering complementary gift-wrapping, as well as an exclusive silk gift wrap at The Cartier Box. The signature wrapping is an artful and unique experience unto itself, whereby paper is masterly hand pleated and finished with Cartier’s custom red wax seal.
The Cartier Box is open from now until Sunday 28 February 2021, on level three at Westfield Sydney.
