British actress Letitia Wright struck a pose at the Golden Globes in a striking ivory ombre-print orange Prada dress.

Wright’s personal style has always been paired back with a focus on considered elements as opposed to excess and tonight is no different.

The star of Black Panther and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever arrived at the awards night in an ivory and burnt-orange creation from the recent Prada Spring 2023 ready-to-wear collection, it’s simple and elongated column-cut a stark contrast to the froth and frills around her chosen by many of her peers.

The ombre-effect print, paired with orange heeled sandals ensure all eyes were on the 29-year-old star as she presented the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama that ultimately went to Austin Butler for his role in Elvis.

Finishing her interpretation of award season style was crisp, clipped haircut and similarly minimalist diamond earrings.

While making her way to into the event, Wright let slip that a third Black Panther movie was already in the works. Speaking to reporters, Wright said “I think it’s already in the works…We just had a terrific two years of bringing it out and just everybody coming together to support it.”

Which makes sense after Wright’s co-star Angela Bassett made history to become the first actress to win a Golden Globe for a Marvel movie.
