For most of us the urge to explore a new city seconds after landing is only halted by the desire to go the hotel, shower off the long haul flight and attempt to rectify the aeroplane-hair situation. But Bella Hadid has it sorted. Landing in Paris, Hadid had her hair slicked up into a tight topknot reflecting mega-watt gloss in Charles de Gaulle airport, seemingly from a sneaky pre-flight shine serum application. Arriving to her hotel topknot still in check, the supermodel emerged later in a second camera-ready ensemble, this time with the aid of shiny waves.
Travellers take note; aeroplanes are dehydrating for your body, skin and hair so ward off in-transit tress damage by dousing your ends with a hydrating hair oil before boarding. Even better follow Bella’s lead and twist it up into a topknot, which will deliver smooth waves on landing.
