After skipping London Fashion Week entirely, a fresh-faced Bella Hadid has arrived in Italy ready to kick off Milan Fashion Week’s autumn/winter season, alongside her older sister Gigi. But this time, Hadid also brought a plus-one with her for the ride: her boyfriend of a year and a half, Marc Kalman.
Spotted out in the Italian city yesterday, the pair showed off their co-ordinating couple style with Hadid wearing a pair of black Oring trousers by Depop-born brand Susamusa, which she’s been spotted sporting multiple times over the past year (she also owns numerous other pieces by the British label, including the semi-viral two-piece skirt set she wore out in New York City last year). We love a slow fashion, independent-brand supporting queen.
Hadid paired the trousers with a bright yellow Heaven by Marc Jacobs sweater tied around her shoulders, a black T-shirt and chunky leather shoes. She accessorised with a black vintage Chanel bag with her furry ear muffs wrapped around the handles and a necklace with a statement bear charm.
Kalman matched his model girlfriend in a pair of black Doc Martens, baggy navy trousers, an oversized hoodie and a knit vest over the top. The pair both wore similar-shaped black sunglasses and looked comfortable being photographed together on their working vacay, for which Kalman supported Hadid as she opened the Fendi show in a sexy sheer dress.
The next day, the pair were seen together again leaving the Max Mara show with Hadid wearing woollen shorts paired with knee-high boots, a white vest and a checkered scarf over top. Kalman meanwhile wore navy trousers and a blue jumper.
If the first two days of MFW are anything to go by, it looks like we have a new fashion power couple in town.
