For a native Manhattanite, fashion’s favourite reality star Olivia Palermo has totally perfected poster girl Cali cool in the latest campaign for Max & Co.
In her fifth season for the ‘young woman’s’ diffusion line aligned with Italian brand Max Mara, Palermo looks like she’s just stepped out of a Slim Aarons Palm Springs print, with low-fi loose blonde hair, dark painted nails, a flowing maxi dress in one shot and giant floral prints in several others.

The only hint of her typical Manhattan wardrobe taste is through one shot where she’s styled in laid-back navy stripes.
While the star clearly had little say in the styling of these campaign shots (a team of creatives will have done that job) the pics are a further sign of what we know is to come in a fashion tidal wave throughout 2017: namely metallic accessories, retro floral prints and high-end boho pieces.
