While celebrity red carpet dressing has become a high-stakes game for all, the actor and her longtime collaborator have turned the promotional circuit into an extension of storytelling itself. Around the world, every premiere and photocall becomes another opportunity to add to the narrative, with carefully considered references that nod to a film’s themes, characters or setting.
From the dystopian armour of Dune to the tennis whites of Challengers, it’s a philosophy that has shaped some of Zendaya’s most memorable fashion moments. For Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the pair are once again weaving references into every appearance, this time homing in on the franchise’s black-and-red palette. Beyond colours, fringe, leather, sheer fabrics and sharp tailoring also make appearances, courtesy of fashion houses including Christian Cowan, Louis Vuitton and Coach.
The fourth instalment in Sony and Marvel’s Spider-Man series reunites real-life couple Zendaya and Tom Holland as MJ and Peter Parker. Set for release on July 31, the film’s press tour marks the first since the duo revealed they had secretly tied the knot. And if the red carpet is anything to go by, married life is going pretty swimmingly.

Zendaya leaned into collegiate dressing for a Berlin fan event, wearing a playful Coach Fall 2026 ensemble comprising a long-sleeved red football-style jersey emblazoned with a bold grey “39” and a beige plaid midi skirt cinched with a matching belt. Deep brown pointed pumps, hoop earrings and a gold watch finished the look with understated polish.
Holland coordinated in relaxed Prada separates, including a light blue plaid shirt, jeans, a light tan leather jacket and black boots.
Later in the evening, both stars had swapped preppy ease for something decidedly sleeker.
Zendaya changed into a custom Louis Vuitton look consisting of a cropped black leather waistcoat and draped low-rise maxi skirt, elevated by web-like blue gemstone earrings and a sculptural Lydia Courteille cocktail ring that offered a subtle nod to the spidey universe.
Holland, for his part, matched the darker mood in a black double-breasted Celine suit with a vibrant red shirt and tie, finished with glossy burgundy boots.
June 17, 2026:
In Amsterdam, the actress once again opted for Louis Vuitton. Plucked from the House’s Cruise 2027 collection, the outfit paired a black jacket trimmed with white detailing and vivid red shorts—cropped from the longer Bermuda silhouette shown on the runway. White heels and a Rolex kept the ensemble sharp, while still echoing Spider-Man’s signature colours.
June 15, 2026:
Launching the tour in Madrid, Zendaya set the tone for the circuit with a look that embraced Old Hollywood glamour with a contemporary twist in a strapless black Christian Cowan gown from the designer’s Fall 2026 collection.
The dramatic asymmetrical fringe skirt created movement with every step, grounded by simple black pumps, a Rolex and Stéfère Jewellery.
