If the stereotype is true, then coffee and champagne are the beverages that fuel the fashion business. So to celebrate Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia 2018 which starts today and event sponsor Vittoria’s 60th anniversary, the coffee-maker will release another special range of takeaway cups covered with the prints of top Australian fashion designers.
Dion Lee joins the paper cup fashion series for another year, alongside newcomers P.E Nation, We Are Kindred, Macgraw, Instead We Smile and Aje. The cups are infused with the signature style of each brand and reimagined in coffee-consuming-form.

Vittoria will roll out the novelty designs at MBFWA18’s industry-only Carriageworks venue, but don’t worry if you won’t be attending the shows as they’ll also be available at the brand’s participating stores after the launch.
An exhibition is also being installed at Carriageworks to accompany the beverage’s fashion series launch and will be open for viewing throughout the week and at the consumer-facing Mercedes-Benz Australia Weekend Edition May 18-19 where GRAZIA will again host its on-stage Style Sessions. Celebrity fashion photographer Sonny Vandevelde created a photo series for the installation called Behind The Seams, a salute to the breath-taking work of stand-outs in the design community. “It’s about the capturing some of this country’s top designers in the Sonny style,” the photographer said. Gotta catch ’em all.
