“People telling me I can’t do it, that I’m not good enough and will fail was draining. This includes my immigrant mom and father. One time my father told me, ‘no matter how hard you try, you will never succeed because you will never have blond hair and blue eyes.’ I was 7 years old at the time,” Alice narrates.

But a focused and determined woman, Alice was able to overcome all the challenges in her path, bringing her dreams to life. She is described as a self-made entrepreneur and a role model to the youth.
