Now, after battling a fake PR breakup controversy, an onslaught of paparazzi and endless controversies, Kelce has shared exactly the status of their romance as they’ve reached an exciting dating milestone. While speaking to his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles centre Jason Kelce, and his Grotesquerie co-star Niecy Nash, Kelce opened up about the realities of dating a world-famous pop supernova.
“You know it’s real, and you know that me and Tay are absolutely happy,” Kelce said on his podcast, New Heights. He also addressed Nash and thanked her for respecting their privacy and not divulging any information about their relationship when asked by the press. “Every time someone has a mic in front of you and asks you something like that, thank you for always showing love,” the 35-year-old said, adding, “I appreciate you always making sure everybody knows that so thank you.”
Kelce and Swift’s own recent public displays of affection have also conveyed that, too. The couple spent quite some time together during Kelce’s off-season and Swift’s hiatus from the Eras Tour, with the pair attending the US Open and going on back-to-back dates in New York.
Swift has also made herself a regular attendee at Kelce’s football matches, with the star showing up in the stands in noticeable looks including her Versace Canadian tuxedo and Vivienne Westwood corset and matching face glitter moment.
As The Tortured Poets Department singer is set to celebrate her 35th birthday and wrap up her billion-dollar-grossing world tour in December, it’s clear this won’t be the last we hear, or see, of them.
