Casey Cadwallader Mugler x The Webster

Two months into 2022 and this year is panning out to be the year of Mugler collaborations. Earlier this month, creative director Casey Cadwallader partnered with Jimmy Choo’s creative director Sandra Choi on a footwear collaboration, commemorating Mulger’s first time selling footwear under Cadwallader’s leadership. Next up for the French maison — a partnership with luxury multi-brand boutique and online store, The Webster.

The Webster is getting Mugler’s sexy treatment with 10 daring silhouettes featuring Mugler’s signature Couture Sport Lycra fabric fused with sheer and opaque material. “Mugler has always been synonymous with uniqueness and individuality. It’s about one’s own sense of self and empowerment, the confidence in how they express themselves.” Cadwallader exclusively revealed to GRAZIA USA when revealing the collaboration, which launched Feb. 28. “Our capsule collection features and celebrates The Webster’s signature pink; I wanted to make The Webster’s clients feel seen and special.” 

Staying true to the Mugler DNA, the pretty in pink capsule collection pays homage to a woman’s form. And now, the Webster woman can get the look that A-listers like Megan Fox, Dua Lipa and Miley Cyrus have been donning on the red carpet and at special appearances. With Cadwallader’s era increasingly becoming celebrity-centered, the collaboration comes at the right time as GenZers are looking to the brand to feel great in its form-fitting silhouettes that make a statement.
