Jennifer Lopez and her Office Romance co-star, Ted Lasso star Brett Goldstein, are reportedly dating. A source told Page Six that the actors have been seeing each other, although things are “casual” for now.
The pair met while filming the upcoming Netflix rom-com, which stars Lopez as a steely airline executive who puts her professional life first, until a charming British lawyer, played by Goldstein, comes to shake things up.
The Pair’s Romantic Timeline
According to Page Six, the pair kept things professional while filming, despite their reportedly undeniable chemistry. In March 2025, a month before filming began, the two were spotted at a performance of the Broadway play Oh, Mary!.
A few months later, Lopez was asked about her favourite on-screen kiss on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, “We have George Clooney, Matthew McConaughey, Ralph Fiennes, Richard Gere, Owen Wilson, Josh Lucas [it] goes on and on…”. Barely skipping a beat, she replies: “I’m going to say I just did a movie with Brett Goldstein and I would say he was the best kisser.”
Yet, on their recent press tour, the co-stars shut down the rumours. On Jimmy Kimmel Live! in May, Lopez confirmed she was single, to the sound of raucous cheers. Then, in June, the two were asked about the speculation during an interview with Today. Lopez said, “There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person.”
Goldstein added, “I think if you stand near her, that’s what happens.”
Host Savannah Guthrie wasn’t convinced. “That was not an answer,” she countered, before asking directly, “OK… so you’re not dating in real life?”
“Not dating,” Lopez replied.
Recently, however, there’s been more reason for speculation. The pair were spotted arriving and leaving a talent manager’s party in Los Angeles in the same car last week, although they are said to have entered the party separately.

From Ben to Brett
The “Jenny From the Block” singer finalized her divorce from on-again, off-again partner Ben Affleck in January 2025. Goldstein, meanwhile, has only been publicly linked to actress Beth Rylance – the couple reportedly split in 2022.
However, Goldstein has been long been public about his admiration for Lopez. In a 2018 podcast appearance, he gushed about her film Hustlers, exclaiming, “F–king hell. 50! She’s 50. I love her.” Goldstein even wrote the leading role of Office Romance for J.Lo – clearly someone’s manifestations have been working.
For now, neither star has confirmed that they’re dating. But if the rumors are true, Office Romance could be getting a real-life sequel.
