Kendall Jenner was no wallflower as she hit the Victoria’s Secret Parade in Paris on Wednesday. Despite some in the industry refusing to call her a‘real’ model, the reality-star-turned-clothes-horse dominated the runway in two outfits, and feedback on social media was basically the fire emoji times a thousand.
The 21-year-old wore a red lingerie set accessorised with an enormous pair of red and blue feathered wings, finished off with a pair of thigh-high red boots reminiscent of Wonder Woman. Whether a deliberate homage or not, it’s perfect timing to pay tribute to the feminist superhero with Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot hitting cinemas next year.

Kendall’s other outfit may have been a nod to Paris, where this year’s parade was held – a French maid outfit accessorised with black wings, obviously.

Kendall kept her composure for her performance despite her brother-in-law Kanye West being in hospital after suffering a mental and physical breakdown last week. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight backstage at the show, she played down the reports that Kanye and Kim are struggling with this latest unfortunate situation.
“Everyone’s OK … everyone is doing OK, just praying.”
It was just last month that Kim was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, with Kendall also in the city at the time – Kim’s security guard had accompanied Kendall and others to a nightclub, leaving Kim alone in her apartment. Kendall called off scheduled Paris Fashion Week gigs to follow Kim home to the US after the traumatic ordeal.
