Taylor Swift’s love of a red lip is a well-documented affair. Not only do we rarely see the singer sans her signature crimson pout, but she has waxed lyrical about her ‘red lips and rosy cheeks,’ and ‘that red lip’, classic thing that you like,’ in several of her songs too. So it came as no surprise to see the singer rocking her go-to red shade in the music video for her new Fifty Shades Darker single, ‘I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,’. However this time she did so an appropriately vampy addition – glitter. Teaming her upgraded, glittery lips with black lingerie and a trench, Swift is seen strutting around London’s St. Pancras hotel, before meeting up with duet partner, Zayn Malik.

We’ve been touting glitter as the trend to try since make-up master – and high priestess of the shimmer lip movement – Pat McGrath gilded the model’s lips for the Atelier Versace AW16 show last year. And as it turns out Swift’s sexy lips were courtesy of McGrath’s own (and sadly long sold out) Lust Kits, with the make-up veteran sharing the love on Instagram saying: TAYLOR MADE!!! ️ The DIVINE @taylorswift is looking SO #MAJOR in #LUST004…. Is it time for a RESTOCK?! What do you think my darlings? ️ #IDWLF #fiftyshadesdarker #TaylorSwift #Swifties

So what are you waiting for? We recommend you glitter-up now because with the Swifties prepping to jump on board the shimmer lip bandwagon, this trend won’t live forever.
