Tory Burch is synonymous for honouring the brand’s origins. In February of this year, the Fall/Winter 2022 runway was a Valentine’s love letter to New York City with models showcasing the collection from the 25th floor of the art deco hotel, Hudson Common for New York Fashion Week. The Manhattan skyline now serves as a backdrop to Tory Burch as Sydney Sweeney is tapped for the next stunning campaign.

Photographed by Jamie Hawkesworth and styled by Brian Molloy, the Emmy-nominated actress can be seen holding the designer’s iconic Kira handbag as she floats along in a ferry. She carries three Kira styles in soft chevron-quilted leather with beveled Double T hardware: the classic Kira shoulder bag; a brand-new square Kira cross-body with vertical quilting; and a compact Kira mini bag.

The beloved silhouette pays homage to the urban, sophisticated appeal and wear-anywhere functionality of the style. Elegant and versatile, it reflects Burch’s design philosophy: to create beautiful, effortless pieces you can wear often and keep forever.

“I see women in New York taking more risks, they’re more creative with the way they put themselves together,” Burch told press backstage at the FW22 show. “I feel people cannot wait to go out again and experience joy.”

The campaign marks Sweeney’s second appearance for the brand after she appeared in a campaign for the Miller sandal in early June. It has certainly been a big few months for the 24-year-old after received two Emmy nominations in the Best Supporting Actress category for her respective roles as Olivia and Cassie in The White Lotus and Euphoria. The star posted her reaction of the news to social media and it’s so sweet.
