Emma Louise, Drapht, Archie Rose and the Smith Street Band are a handful of the acts slated to appear at the 2017 St Kilda Festival, Australia’s largest free music festival this year taking place on Sunday February 12.

Over 50 Australian artists spanning a diverse musical spectrum will take to the festival’s seven stages throughout the day to perform for crowd anticipated to surpass 400,000 spectators. They range from nostalgic favourites (Daryl Braithwaite) to must-see next generation performers, including festival regulars The Aston Shuffle, Ecca Vandal, Mallrat and Emma Louise, whose headlining appearance caps off several months of touring her sophomore album, Supercry.

Now in its 37th year, the festival will also encompass free dance, carnival, sport and market events across the day.
