Seafolly originated at Bondi Beach in 1975 so it is only fitting the campaign is set in front of the glistening shores 45 years later. Embodying a sense of ‘retro glam’, the first collection SEA DIVE is inspired by the 70s with textural fabric in bold pops of colour reminiscent of a gleaming shoreline. The second drop, Wild Ones, features timeless animal print and daring new shapes with basket weave ring detailing.
December will see the release of THRIFT SHOP, taking inspiration from vintage florals and a retro colour palette. All the while the fourth collection CHECK IN, revitalises classic gingham in a reversible European knit.
The new year will welcome in an entirely new fabrication, one that will offset the plastic found in the ocean with sustainable ‘Repreve’ recycled nylon. This will be featured in new collections SUMMER MEMOIRS which features splashes of watercolour with a nod to vintage-inspired florals and bold abstract blooms. And lastly, NEW WAVE being inspired by the movements of the ocean, in a modern abstract print.
