Red carpet rock star, style icon, trendsetter. How else would you describe Selena Gomez? Having already mastered lavender locks during her blonde moment just a few months ago, she has now taken a different approach to the trend.
An overnight colour sensation, the various shades of purples we have seen over the past few months are a result of the 2018 Pantone Colour of the Year, Ultra-Violet. Inspired by musical legends David Bowie, Prince, and Jimi Hendrix, the purple palette is taking over.
Cue Prince’s Purple Rain and paint away, this colour isn’t going anywhere.
