The British Fashion Awards are truly a feast for the sartorial senses. There’s model Adut Akech in rich emerald green, Elsa Hosk dripping in gold and Emilia Clarke looking like a vision wearing electric yellow feathers. But with big dresses comes big beauty, specifically courtesy of Rita Ora, who wore a liner look worthy of mention.

The look in question was big, bold and blue. Both eyes were lined in turquoise glitter liner, but the shapes were wildly different. Her left eye was a soft, fluid swirl that snaked from the top of her brow the underneath the eye, whereas the second was a sharp double-flicked wing, extending way out towards the temple.

According to sources on the internet, the products used were Pat McGrath, specifically the PermaGel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil in Blitz Blue. This one isn’t available in Australia sadly, but Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Liner in Deep End is a similar option.

To compliment the work of art, her skin was polished and matte, while lips were nude and brows groomed. Her crop was tousled and slightly damp – sure to be the work of some heavy-set hair gel. Overall, it was a spectacular display of liner wizardry. Thank you Rita Ora, for doing the most.
