Since inception in 2015, Australian born and made label Pfeiffer has quickly become known for a modern take on tailoring and dresses that transcend seasonal trends. This month co-founders Angela Aspradakis and Virginie Pepin have retained their design ethos, a “slip-on-and-go” ease, with a collection of fresh and unexpected silhouettes for Resort 2022.

The collection comes to life from Milos in Greece where Aspradakis and her husband Yianni, photographed the campaign earlier this year. Evening styles like a silky midi and strapless LBD perfectly balance more casual pieces like the crochet cover up and cutout jersey dress. All designed to be both wearable and playful using the label’s signature natural, lightweight materials.

Among a neutral colour palette of blacks, browns and whites is a vibrant selection of deep blues reminiscent of the Aegean Sea, warm zesty oranges, citrus yellows and a bright pop of neon green. The brand also expanded its offering with a rare inclusion of print, this time boasting a unique black and green tie-dye.

Resort ‘22 is the first collection from Pfeiffer produced from start to finish as a carbon neutral collection – after the label received carbon neutral accreditation earlier this year. Both designed and made in Australia, the new line instils the designer’s pledge to evolve ethical and sustainable business practices.

In addition, Pfeiffer have recently launched a partnership with AirRobe on their website – allowing consumers to see the estimated re-sale value of their pieces before purchasing. This encourages consumers to engage in a circular fashion economy by enabling them to sell garments they no longer wear and preventing clothing from ending up in landfill.
