Just in time for the next social season, makeup legend Pat McGrath has dropped a limited edition collection inspired by Bridgerton. The collection includes eyeshadow, blush, liners, lipsticks and even a body shimmer.
With season 2 of the hit show officially dropping on Netflix today, McGrath has released the Pat McGrath Labs x Bridgerton collaboration, inspired by the romantic looks we love from the series.
The campaign stars Nicola Coughlan, who plays Lady Whistledown in the regency-era show, and we’re positive that picking up a few of the gorgeous products will lead us to our very own Duke of Hastings.
The collection includes a whole host of iconic Pat McGrath Labs products in Bridgerton-style packaging, including a new MTHRSHP palette – dubbed Belle of the Ball – with five ludicrously gorgeous eyeshadow shades, which were exclusively used on the cast throughout the show’s sophomore season.
“Pat McGrath has pushed the luxe modernity of Bridgerton beyond the screen with this collaboration, and we are excited to share it with the world,” said Sandie Bailey, Shondaland’s chief design and digital media officer, in a press release.
“She is an icon and a global force in the beauty and fashion industry, and shares a creative passion for projects that evoke emotion, making her a perfect partner as we expand the Bridgerton world.”
Bridgerton‘s Hair and Makeup Lead Erika Ökvist told Glamour of the collaboration, “Pat has been a very big part of this production,” she said. “Almost all of her colors, even the bright ones, are based on skin tone undertones. Even though you think you’re going way too strong with peach or pink, you’ve got those colors naturally in your skin, so it actually doesn’t read as harsh.”
Ökvist described the signature Bridgerton beauty look as a mix between minimalism and glamour. “It is an element of glamour that we always have on Bridgerton, where we’re allowed to push it a little bit more,” she told the publication.
“We keep within the historical feeling, but ultimately everybody needs to look as glamorous as we possibly can and effortless and flawless.”
