PARIS, FRANCE: The Spring/Summer 2024 season of Paris Fashion Week marks the conclusion of this year’s international collection presentation. Serving as the grande finale of the SS24 season, today the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has revealed the calendar for the upcoming September iteration.

Over nine days from September 25 to October 3, the style set will gather in the City of Lights for over 70 runway shows from established French luxuriates and bourgeoning avant-garde designers.

Amongst those presenting are typical Parisian mainstays, including Christian Dior, Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton and Chanel. The likes of Victoria Beckham and Cecilie Bahnsen, who are not new to the city but certifiably fresh when compared to legacy names like Hermès and Balmain, are also returning for their third and fourth season in the French capital.

Paris has always been a perennial epicentre for culture and creativity, however, it seems there is a hypersonic feverishness exhibited by designers this season. The new guard of European artistry like Kiko Kostadinov and Acne Studios have subverted the traditional perception of an interloper impeding French fashion to become some of the most highly anticipated names of the week.

However, it seems that designers from all across the globe are looking to Paris as the ultimate universe for their design methodology to live in. Take for instance Australian wunderkind Christopher Esber, who will make his piquant international debut at Paris Fashion Week this season.

Entering a new era, the globally lauded designer will bring his chintzy tailoring, crystal accents and sculptural silhouettes to a pining crowd of Parisian ‘It’ girls. Joining Esber making their Paris Fashion Week debut is American-Vietnamese designer Peter Do.

New York Fashion Week will play host to Do’s highly-anticipated debut for Helmut Lang, with the master of understated minimalism eschewing the Big Apple for an even brighter locale. Miu Miu will proverbially close out the week, with Mugler and Maison Margiela also returning to the ready-to-wear schedule.

As always, GRAZIA will be dispatching directly from the runway this season, delivering in-depth show reports and guides to the biggest moments of the week. But, before we bring you along to fashion month, keep scrolling below to read the full schedule for yourself.
