Ever since Margaret Qualley stepped onto the Cannes Film Festival red carpet wearing a diamond ring on that finger, reports have been circulating the 27-year-old actress is engaged to her musician beau, 38-year-old Jack Antonoff.
Following the jewellery’s official debut, sources spoke to the likes of E! News and People confirming the exciting news for the couple, who first sparked rumours of a relationship nine months ago in August 2021. Now, Qualley herself has opted to share her own confirmation, made up of a very millennial ‘Instagram or it didn’t happen’ social media engagement post.
Sharing three selfies of herself and Antonoff with her new ring on full display, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star hugged Antonoff from behind leaning her head onto the back of his neck and holding her hands around his chest. She captioned the gallery simply, “Oh I love him!”
Antonoff, who, along with being in his own band Bleachers, is known for his work with Taylor Swift, Lorde and Lana del Rey, hasn’t yet shared his own post to the ‘gram, but given he’s posted about his actress girlfriend in the past, here’s hoping another inside look at the engagement — and how, when and where it took place — is still to come.
