In much anticipated news, Marc Jacobs Fragrances has ushered in a fresh new juice: Marc Jacobs Perfect Intense.
Described as a ‘new icon’ in the already hugely popular Perfect franchise, Perfect Intense is an insatiable golden fragrance inspired by Jacobs’ personal mantra, “I am perfect as I am”. Jacobs also famously has the word ‘perfect’ tattooed on his wrist — a forever reminder that being your true self is the most wonderful thing you can do.
The woody floral — with notes of daffodil, jasmine, almond and sandalwood — is bright, rich and delicious. Perfumer Domitille Michalon-Bertier looked to the original Perfect scent for inspiration, but intensified the profile to create something fresh, unique and wonderfully indulgent.

What’s just as joy-sparking as the fragrance is the accompanying campaign. Shot in London by famed photographer Jeurgen Teller and creatively directed by Katie Grand, the images celebrate individuality, self-expression and old British glamour. There’s fabulous evening wear, golden makeup accents, OTT accessories and of course, the quirky Perfect Intense vessel (adorned with mismatched charms).
Launching officially on November 14 into Myer, David Jones and Sephora Stores nationally, Perfect Intense is a refreshing fragrance that feels like liquid sunshine.

The Notes:
Night-Blooming Jasmine: a sweet, heady white floral with a nostalgic undertone.

Daffodil: A joyous flower with a light, sunny olfactive profile.

Golden Roasted Almonds: Nutty and sweet, the addition of almonds gives the scent depth, warmth and richness.

Sandalwood: Sensual and Earthy, sandalwood ensures a rich, textural finish that lasts incredibly well on the skin.
