Kate Moss’ little sister Lottie Moss revealed overnight that she was checked into a treatment centre for suspected substance abuse. In a recent TikTok video, the 24-year-old published a video of herself mouthing the words to Labrinth’s “Mount Everest”. The accompanying words read: “When everyone’s glamourizing droog taking but you’re literally in r3h4b”.
In the caption the influencer and model referenced the HBO series Euphoria, writing, “I think I took euphoria too literally u guys 😑”. It is unknown how long Moss will be in treatment or exactly what she in rehab for.

It comes after the extremely popular drama starring Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney came under fire in January for glamourising addiction and substance abuse by US drug education program D.A.R.E. The organisation said it “chooses to misguidedly glorify and erroneously depict high school student drug use, addiction, anonymous sex, violence, and other destructive behaviours as common and widespread in today’s world”.
Following episode five of the second season this week (you can read the full breakdown here), Zendaya responded to the criticism in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
“Our show is in no way a moral tale to teach people how to live their life or what they should be doing,” the actress told the publication. “If anything, the feeling behind Euphoria, or whatever we have always been trying to do with it, is to hopefully help people feel a little bit less alone in their experience and their pain. And maybe feel like they’re not the only one going through or dealing with what they’re dealing with.”
Moss has long been open about her struggles with anxiety and self-medication. In April 2020 she shared to Instagram, “My struggles have caused me to act out of character and ultimately I think I was becoming a person that I didn’t really like which is why I numbed myself with substances and put myself down through neglect of my mental health and my general health, going down that road made it very hard for me to get out.”
