As a style influencer, Coachella could be considered festival fashion’s answer to the Superbowl – and German creator Leonie Hanne always rises to the challenge. However this year, the model and entrepreneur has truly outdone herself, bringing a series of seriously showstopping looks to the California desert for the music event.

For day one of the festival’s first weekend, Hanne opted for a sheer Acne Studios dress and biker boots. The floaty fabric of Hanne’s dress was adorned with delicate florals, which she matched to her quilted Chanel backpack and earrings.

Her long hair was left loose, with sections around the face twisted back to keep all the focus on her makeup, which featured a statement pink and yellow winged eye.

For day two the star followed a darker theme with a sexy twist, layering Gucci lingerie beneath a diamond bodice, a leather jacket and stacks of silver chains – including some fine chains that she wore across her face. Her hair and makeup was comparatively pared back, with slicked-back braids and subtle sparkle on the eyes.

On the final day of the festival, Hanne chose ‘chill vibes’ with a Miu Miu crop and mini skirt, paired with chunky black heeled boots, another Chanel backpack and oversized sunglasses. Her blonde locks were pulled back into a sleek bun, with two face-framing pieces pulled out and plaited to add a playful element to the look.

Writing about her inspiration for the looks on her website, Hanne wrote, “I’ve spent such a long time preparing and pulling pieces to style a range of Coachella looks for this year which has been such a fun process and I can’t wait to share the final results with you all.”

She continued, “I loved my Coachella looks so much last year so I’ve put a little pressure on myself to find even more amazing pieces this time around and really mix up a variety of different styles and brands to wear.”

We’d say mission accomplished.
