Fashion and French rosé go together like a Dior Saddle Bag and cowboy boots, which is why this collaboration between luxury champagne house Laurent-Perrier and Australian fashion illustrator Kerrie Hess is a match made in summer garden party heaven.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary as a pioneer for the rosé-coloured beverage, the French brand commissioned Hess to create one of her signature watercolour illustrations for the release of its limited-edition Cuvée Rosé gift box. Only 500 of the pretty mementos featuring the artist’s bespoke design have been produced. Each encases the deluxe Cuvée Rosé bubbly and is available nationwide in time for the spring party season.

The partnership was the perfect match given both Hess and the Laurent-Perrier are known for their blush-coloured hues. “The pink tone of the Curvée Rosé was my favourite soft coral pink to paint, so I was in heaven,” the illustrator told GRAZIA.

It wasn’t just the colours that had Hess feeling the whole collaboration “was a dream to work on”. She also enjoyed creating a look intended to become a fashionable keepsake from the brand’s iconic milestone. “I wanted to make sure that those who buy this collector’s edition of the Curvée Rosé will keep it to admire like a piece of art,” she said.

Call it art or the perfect spring party accessory, this bottled bubbly is more than just an average garden soiree beverage.
