While the rest of us are still catching up on Met Gala fashion content, Kylie Jenner, someone who actually attended the event, wearing two separate looks on the night and partying until she was allegedly denied entry into Doja Cat’s party due to overcrowding, has moved onto the next.
On Tuesday night in New York City, the beauty mogul revealed her latest job: the new face of Jean Paul Gaultier, something she hinted at on the Met steps when she wore a red dress by the house, before later changing into another look by Haider Ackermann for JPG to hit the parties.
To celebrate being the French luxury house’s Flowers Collection face, Jenner took her daughter Stormi Webster to the launch event, opting to wear a in a sheer skintight floral dress layered over nothing but a bra and corset.
The 25-year-old added silk pink slingback heels and a bright red clutch, pulling her hair back into a slicked-back, side-parted bun with a matching floral clip. Her makeup consisted of pink shimmery eyeshadow and a glossy lip, and a coral manicure matched her dress.
Stormi looked equally gorgeous, wearing a colourful ruched long-sleeve dress as a top with leggings in the same print paired with white low-top sneakers. “She’s a jpg girl 🤍 @jeanpaulgaultier,” Jenner captioned her Instagram post of the evening, showing photos of herself and her daughter enjoying the party.
With Kim Kardashian taking her eldest daughter North West as her plus-one to the Met Gala and now Stormi’s JPG moment, not to mention Julia Fox’s son sitting front row with her at fashion week, are we officially entering the era of the celebrity fashion child?
