If Kendall Jenner‘s recent string of fashionable social media posts was any indication, the reality star is living her best sartorial life. I mean how could you be unhappy in that Loewe dress? Right? Past experience however tells us that social media is not at all real, and in a surprise Instagram post the model has revealed that in fact, her social anxiety is at an all-time high.

The 26-year-old went on to share her own techniques to deal with anxiety which today included, “10 deep inhales/exhales before even touching my phone” (we’re taking cue from that one), journaling, expressing gratitude and taking in the sun.

The brief moment of candidness comes off the back of fashion month where Jenner walked in a slew of shows and was seen at last week’s Vanity Fair Oscars after party.

It’s not the first time a supermodel has shared their struggles from the spotlight. Last month Bella Hadid appeared in an interview where she discussed her ongoing battle with mental health. She added that she had always felt like the “uglier” sister to Gigi Hadid.

“I always ask myself, how did a girl with incredible insecurities, anxiety, depression, body-image issues, eating issues, who hates to be touched, who has intense social anxiety—what was I doing getting into this business?” Hadid said. “But over the years I became a good actress…”
