Usually a fan of monochromatic dressing and minimalist fashion labels such as The Row, Kendall Jenner has been experimenting with her signature style of late. As we enter spring – and hopefully the Hot Girl Summer we were promised, but not delivered, last year – the model has been changing up everything from her hair (she’s a full-blown redhead now) to her go-to colour palettes and designers.
On the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars After Party, Jenner took a leaf out of her older sister, Kim Kardashian’s, book, ditching her usual skintight looks to match the SKIMS founder in top-to-toe Balenciaga, made up of a voluminous gown, black pointed boots and sunglasses on inside. Then on Instagram this weekend, the 26-year-old posted two galleries showing off brand new warm-weather looks, including one of Jonathan Anderson’s recently released printed maxi dresses that debuted at Loewe’s spring/summer 2022 show (and swiftly sold out once available in store).
Pairing hers with Dries Van Noten platform sandals – and telling her followers she’d block “all toe comments” – Jenner wore a chocolate coloured St Agni bag and her hair loose and wavy.
Then, for a trip to Las Vegas for the opening of the popular Tao beach club, Jenner posted a photo dump showing off her patterned mini body-con dress by Maisie Wilen and statement reflective sunglasses. She paired the dress with see-through heels, a silver bag and also came equipped with a supply of her own 818 tequila.
Wearing her hair pulled back into a tight ponytail with small plaits at the back, Jenner accessorised the cool-girl look, that would definitely be approved by her Y2K-loving friend Bella Hadid, with silver hoop earrings and matte makeup.
With 8.3 million likes on her Loewe moment and another 4.3 million – and counting – on her latest post, it’s safe to say people are loving Jenner’s colourful wardrobe updates. Keep ‘em coming.
