For this year’s Met Gala, Kendall Jenner opted out of bringing her boyfriend of one year, NBA player Devin Booker, and instead hit the red carpet with her fellow supermodel BFF Gigi Hadid.
Similar to previous years, Jenner wore a see-through look, but unlike her naked dresses of Met Gala’s past, this time she was inspired by old Hollywood glamour, paying tribute to none other than Audrey Hepburn.
Ahead of the event, Jenner shared photos of Hepburn in the film My Fair Lady to her Instagram, showing the actress wearing a white gown covered in diamonds with a diamond choker around her neck.

In a millennial supermodel move, Jenner’s custom Givenchy updated version was completely sheer—a trend of the night also followed by Zoë Kravitz—and she wore a beige corset underneath, keeping her beauty look and heels simple to be sure not to distract from her glittering gown.
For the afterparty—Jenner attended Justin Bieber’s—the 25-year-old wore a completely different look also by Givenchy, opting for high sex appeal in a bright red latex mini dress with a huge bow at the back, falling into a train. She accessorised with a huge silver chainmail necklace, wore her hair in a ponytail with tendrils, and wore a matching red bag and heels.
After his Met Gala couple debut with wife Hailey Baldwin, Bieber held his afterparty at Webster Hall in New York city. The Biebers were photographed heading to the venue with Jenner, with Baldwin wearing a black sparkly mini dress and seen holding a bottle of Jenner’s 818 Tequila in her hand.
It’s unclear whether Booker joined his supermodel girlfriend for the night out, but given the pair are now reportedly living together, we’d say it’s likely.
A few weeks ago, a source told Us Weekly that Booker had “practically moved in with her. They really respect each other’s careers and give each other space to focus on her modelling or his basketball career. That’s probably what makes their relationship work so well is that they have that work-life balance.”
