Less than a week on from Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker’s reported break up, the model and the NBA player appear to be trying to work things out – that or they’re already at the friendship stage of their split, which seems very unlikely, though not impossible given the Kardashians track record with their exes. Following Jenner posting a naked thirst trap directed, no doubt, at her NBA-playing ex-boyfriend (which he quickly liked), the model was spotted with Booker in Malibu, hanging out at the private members club, Soho House’s beachfront location on Sunday.
In photos shared by TMZ, the pair are seen smiling at each other, cuddling and acting very much like they’re still romantically involved. Jenner who wore a white crop top with a light blue overshirt and drawstring pants was seemingly showing Booker something on her phone in one photo as they talked on a balcony with Booker standing behind his model ex.
A source who saw the pair during the date told E! News they looked happy and “had great energy between them.” At one point, the onlooker said Jenner giggled as Booker whispered something in her ear.
“They shared things on their phones and laughed,” the eyewitness said. “Kendall was looking up and smiling at Devin.”
Their reunion comes nearly a week after multiple publications reported the pair had ended their two-year relationship after realising they wanted different things.
“They had a really nice time in Italy together,” a source told E! News at the time. “But once they got back, they started to feel like they weren’t aligned and realised they have very different lifestyles. Kendall told Devin she wanted space and time apart.”
