At a beachside ceremony in Miami on Thursday, influencer and entrepreneur Lauren Perez said “I do” to entertainment executive David Waltzer. Standing by her side were best friends Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid. Before Jenner could wear that Mônot cut-out dress (I thought the point was not to pull focus from the bride?), the model and her fellow bridesmaids wore dresses courtesy of an Australian designer.

The Moon Dance Strapless dress was custom designed for Perez’s bridesmaids in a previously unseen ‘sea spray’ colourway by Bec + Bridge. The slinky dresses featured a low cowl back fastened with a clip. While Hadid opted for an ankle-grazing skirt length, Jenner chose a more midi version. You can have a closer look at the style in more colours, here.

Hailey Bieber was also in attendance for the ceremony and wore a Spring/Summer 2022 Magda Butrym gown which was emblazoned in tiny bronze sequins.

Bec + Bridge is frequented by A-listers globally for chic resort wear and coveted basics. Emily Ratajkowski was spotted traipsing through Capri in late July wearing one of the brand’s collared white dresses. In August, model and beauty mogul Rosie Huntington-Whiteley announced her second pregnancy with a photo of her baby bump in a knitted long sleeve number that was also from Bec + Bridge.

In a 2019 interview, the brand’s designers Bec Cooper and Bridget Yorston reflected on the feeling when celebrities are seen in their pieces.

“We still get a kick out of it! It’s exciting to see them choose to wear our label, definitely! I mean the power of celebrity is just so huge,” the women told GRAZIA. “It has been amazing for the brand and has definitely helped with our exposure overseas, particularly in the States.”

Bec + Bridge launched its wedding offering in late 2019 and features pieces for both brides and bridesmaids.
