Bitter feuds that tear families apart are so last year.

Perhaps following in the footsteps of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, exes Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have decided they might as well get along.

So well, in fact, that Miranda invited her ex-husband’s fiancé Katy Perry to the launch of her Kora Organics Noni Bright serum this week, and posed for a photo together.

Miranda, who’s expecting her third child – her second with Snapchat founder husband Evan Spiegel – shared the picture to her Instagram account, as did Katy.

“KORA-grats on an illuminating vitamin c packed to perfection product,” Katy captioned HER shot, adding “also, love u sissy.”

That’s right. “Sissy”.

Miranda and Katy appear to be genuinely quite close, which seems slightly weird at first – and then you imagine how much happier life must be for Miranda and Orlando’s son, Flynn, eight, and you think, oh. That’s nice.

Bloom and Perry got engaged in February 2018 after dating on-and-off since early 2016. That means when they eventually do marry, Katy will become Flynn’s stepmother. And by the sounds of it, they’ll all be one big happy family.

It’s not the first we’ve heard of this thoroughly modern family. In October last year, Orlando and Katy were joined at a birthday dinner for her by Flynn, and TMZ captured footage of the super-friendly interaction that happened when Miranda picked Flynn up afterward.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin may have been mercilessly mocked when they coined the term ‘conscious coupling’ to define their plans for a happy post-divorce relationship for the sake of their children, but, well, now it’s all the rage.

Exes Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who share three children, have managed to vacation together with Disick’s girlfriend Sofia Richie.
