Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt only knew each other seven months before they became engaged. It’s strange then to watch an interview conducted in 2017 between Schwarzenegger and Access Hollywood where the journalist asks the young author who she’d prefer to date: Chris Evans or Chris Pratt.
“Evans”, Schwarzenegger quickly replies before changing her answer. “Actually, Chris Pratt. Chris Pratt has been looking good lately, so you never know.” Watch the moment below.
It wasn’t even that long ago and yet the 29-year-old manifested a fiancé. The pair became Instagram official in December 2018 when Pratt, 39, posted a little collage of his girlfriend to honour her birthday. The pair announced their engagement this week. Pratt’s ex-wife, actress Anna Faris, expressed her well wishes for the couple.
According to a recent report in PEOPLE, spirituality will play a major role at their wedding. “They’re going to want a religious wedding,” says a source. “I know that Chris does, and I assume that she does, too. God is going to be a part of this marriage, ” a source reportedly told the publication. “They are one of those rare couples that you root for from the beginning. It won’t be a long engagement — Katherine has already talked about having a summer 2019 wedding.”
