In case you missed it, Kate Beckinsale and Pete Davidson shared a short-lived fling sometime around March of 2019 (remember the PDA-fuelled photos?!). It was after his split to ex-fiancé Ariana Grande but before his short relationship to Margaret Qualley and Kaia Gerber. Keeping up? Well, several beautiful women later and the Saturday Night Live alum is reportedly dating Kim Kardashian.
This week an Instagram account, @TalkThirtyToMe re-shared a tweet from writer Kristen Mulrooney that read, “I love how every time Pete Davidson starts dating another beautiful celebrity everyone’s like ‘wtf is happening how did he do this what is this mystery???’ and everybody refuses to entertain the possibility that he might have a nice personality.”
It seems Beckinsale agreed and simply hit “like” on the photo.
I know, it’s subtle, but quite frankly it speaks volumes of Davidson’s apparent “personality”.
The comedian sparked rumours with Kardashian after they were spotted holding hands on a rollercoaster at Knott’s Scary Farm last weekend. While a source urged that they were “just friends”, the pair have been spotted multiple time this week. This includes dinner in Davidson’s home region of Staten Island then again in New York City for a birthday.
They also shared a small kiss on an episode of SNL.
One report went as far as to say they were “genuinely affectionate” during dinner at Zero Bond for Simon Huck’s birthday celebrations. “They were smiling and laughing a lot and seemed genuinely affectionate with each other. But there was no Kravis-style PDA,” an insider said.
A source for Page Six has revealed that Kardashian is “at least interested” in Davidson. “She is intrigued,” a source said. “She likes him.”
Will this simply be another short-lived fling for Davidson? A rebound from Kardashian’s divorce to Kanye West? Stay tuned.
