There are, undeniably, many perks to being a celebrity. Along with the private jets and chefs, and access to celebrity stylists and the most exclusive designer samples, the chance to casually wear an Alex Perry gown out on a date night in West Hollywood has got to be up right there with the best. And, over the weekend, that’s exactly what Hailey Bieber did.
Attending NFL player Odell Beckham Jr.’s 30th birthday celebration with her husband Justin Bieber, the 25-year-old model dressed in a strapless Alex Perry gown. Baby blue, with a corseted top and ruched detailing, the dress is part of Perry’s resort 2023 collection. The Rhode skincare founder matched the dress with a pair of silver shoes and gold jewellery, including link earrings and bracelets.
The look was created by celebrity stylist Karla Welch, who dressed Don’t Worry Darling actor and director Olivia Wilde in sequins and fire engine red latex gloves for the 11th annual LACMA Art and Film Gala over the weekend.
Jen Atkin, celebrity hair stylist and founder of haircare brand OUAI, shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse at Bieber’s beauty look to Instagram. Bieber wore her hair in a ’90s-style messy bun with lightly curled, face-framing strands.
And when it came to her date night makeup, Bieber wore a muted berry lip and soft brown smokey eye, created by makeup artist Mary Phillips.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Bieber has been spotted in one of Perry’s designs. Just a few months ago, she wore a piece from the Alex Perry fall/winter 2022 collection while partying in the Napa Valley. Hopefully, we’ll see her dressed in the Australian designer again very soon.
