Rumours surrounding the birth of Baby Hadid have been circling for several weeks. Today, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik confirmed the safe and healthy delivery of a baby girl via Malik’s Twitter, after waiting for the arrival in Manhattan.
“Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful,” he tweeted on Wednesday, Sept. 23. “To try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together x,” the former One Direction member posted, accompanied by a black-and-white image of the baby’s tiny hands.
Fans speculated Hadid had delivered the child after Gigi’s father, Mohamed Hadid, posted a handwritten note titled “Grandpa’s Heart” on Instagram Sept. 16. “In the name of God the The merciful I want to say l love you and so proud of you. @gigihadid.”

Just a short time ago, Gigi posted to Instagram. “Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love,” she captioned the image.
Before Gigi personally announced the news she was pregnant back in May, gossip publications TMZ and Entertainment Tonight broke the news. She confirmed the news on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The model teased her bump throughout her pregnancy before appearing in a breathtaking shoot in late-August. Mere weeks before she was due to give birth.
A baby name is yet to be announced by the couple who have been seeing eachother on and off since 2015 – stay tuned.
