Five Australians are diagnosed with ovarian cancer every day while the disease will kill one woman every eight hours. There is currently no early detection test – despite 50 percent of people believing a Pap Test detects ovarian cancer – making it the most lethal female cancer in the country.

Georg Jensen has partnered with a cast of women for the brand’s latest campaign including TV host and food critic Melissa Leong, model and activist Maria Thattil as well as model and entrepreneur Rachel Finch.

“It hasn’t changed since three generations ago, when my grandma lost her mum. She was orphaned at 16 because of it,” Thattil recalls. “If we had an early detection test, it could save the lives of more than 8,000 Australian women over a decade,” Finch adds.
