Marc Jacobs’ iconic Daisy has had a Pantone purple update (of course, Ultra Violet was named this year’s Pantone Colour of the Year), with both its petals and juice given a violet twist. The classic bouquet of freshly picked daisies is rounded out with a juicy burst of mixed berries and finished with hints of violet flower and leaf. Below, a woody undercurrent brews, with white woods giving the limited edition fragrance depth and creaminess.
Their kitsch daisy caps have also been given a cute reworking; sprinkled with violet and gold glitter; they evoke an endless summer, reminiscent of that twinkling refraction of sunlight. Fun, vibrant but with a sensual soul; this rendition of Daisy is just as beautiful as the first, just with a perky injection of purple.
