While some countries (and states in the US) flatly banned the Barbie movie due to the controversial nine-dash line depicted in one scene, India and several countries in the Middle East have simply drawn a dress on Florence Pugh’s naked body in her new film Oppenheimer.
An image from one scene is now going viral on Twitter showing Pugh in a chair wearing a black CGI dress to cover up her nudity. As per The Hollywood Reporter, the computer-generated covering was added in lieu of cutting the scene from the film, and to align with countries who have laws forbidding nudity. (We wonder how that will work for the sex scenes with Cillian Murphy?)

Speaking of nudity, Pugh has in the past been subjected to a horrific barrage of comments over her nipples being visible at red carpet events.
“It isn’t the first time and certainly won’t be the last time a woman will hear what’s wrong with her body by a crowd of strangers, what’s worrying is just how vulgar some of you men can be,” she wrote in an Instagram post following the heinous comments.
“Thankfully, I’ve come to terms with the intricacies of my body that make me, me. I’m happy with all of the ‘flaws’ that I couldn’t bear to look at when I was 14,” she explained. “So many of you wanted to aggressively let me know how disappointed you were by my ‘tiny tits’, or how I should be embarrassed by being so ‘flat chested’. I’ve lived in my body for a long time. I’m fully aware of my breast size and am not scared of it.”

Oppenheimer sees Peaky Blinders actor Murphy, 47, play a New York-born, Nobel Prize- nominated J. Robert Oppenheimer, an American theoretical physicist who is often referred to as “The Father Of The Atomic Bomb”. Pugh, the Don’t Worry, Darling actress and Valentino ambassador, 27, plays Jean Tatlock, a young medical student with whom Oppenheimer has a love affair with.
Oppenheimer, uncensored and without the CGI black dress, is now playing in Australian cinemas.
